ndrea Lee is a rising star in the LPGA Tour, highlighted by her first victory in the 2022 Portland Classic. Lee is a winner at every level. She was a nine-time winner in her playing days at Standford University during her collegiate period and then spent 17 weeks as the World's #1 Women's Amateur. She won the Mark H. McCormack medal in the year 2019 and was the top-ranked women's amateur at the end season. In the following year, she made the switch to professional. Andrea Lee was born on 15th August 1997 in Los Angeles. James started teaching her daughter golf as early as age 5. At the age of 8 when she began competing in competitions. Lee was requested by sponsors to compete in the year 2015 ANA Inspiration LPGA Tour, but she missed the cut. McCormack Award for the year 2019, having finished the year at the top of amateur rankings. As an amateur, Lee achieved four holes in one and one albatross. Her first year, she had two top-10 finishings. She came in seventh at the AIG Women's Open 2020, held on Kingsbarns Golf Links. Lee was able to claim the first LPGA Tour triumph at the Portland Classic in 2022. Lee dedicated her victory to her deceased grandfather Min.
